1947: S. Kaufman Jewelers is founded by Mr. Sam Kaufman and opens for business at 515 East Ohio Street on the North Side of Pittsburgh. Louis R. (Lou) Annibale was one of the original employees of the business.

1980: In January, Lou Annibale and his sons, Doug and Jack Annibale, purchased the business from Mr. Kaufman, maintaining the original name of S. Kaufman Jewelers.

2013: S. Kaufman Jewelers moved from East Ohio Street to its current location at Stone Quarry Crossing.

2017: Lauren Dreisbach, Doug's Daughter, joined the staff becoming a third generation Jeweler!
